2. Germany

9. Netherlands

It was in 1879 when soccer came into existence in Netherlands after a 14 year old boy named Pim Mulier founded first soccer club. Soon after this event Dutch Professional football club was formed. Even though Dutch Professional leagues are not counted as one of the top ones, they are known for their consistency and solid performances. 

10. Turkey

Turkey might not be in the list of top football playing countries but it is definitely the one watching most football. It has a long history of loving Soccer since the rule of Ottoman Empire in 1875. Yes, the first football matches were held at the time of Ottoman Empire in 1875. But just like so many countries, football came to Turkey through British visitors.
